VARIOUS ARTISTS

Creating art is a process, borne from inspiration and imagination; the result is a way to relay those thoughts or memories, and perhaps also fears and dreams to others. Whilst also revealing their skill and freedom to express themselves, the artists communicate various perspectives of the poem – albeit subtly, but nonetheless bathed in its greater meaning of transience, fragility, and a higher state of consciousness. Lily Agius Gallery presented a collective exhibition of oil paintings, drawings, photography and sculpture titled 'Hover-Still' by seven artists; inspired by the poem ‘Go Fishing’ by Ted Hughes.
